W.Bro Brian Coleman made history in the annuls of St John's Thanet Lodge when

he was installed into the chair of the lodge for the second time.

No master before has ever returned to the chair, and only three times in its history

has St John's seen a master occupy the chair for a successive year.

This First happened in 1939 when W. Bro J F Chadwick stayed in for a successive year and then

again in 1943 with W.Bro R G Scott and lastly in 1961 when W.Bro A. F. McCarthy did the same.
