All Officers are on a permanent dining list and are automatically deemed to be dining.
Any Brother who is not an officer and wishes to dine or any brother who wishes to book in a guest/s must contact the Dining Steward by 12 Noon of the Thursday prior to the meeting to book in.
If you are an officer or have booked in and are unable to attend any forthcoming meeting you must notify the Dining Steward by 12 Noon of the Thursday prior to the meeting, as all meals not cancelled will be charged in full.
