5. To receive propositions for new or joining members.
6. To resolve a notice of motion given by the treasurer on the 1st March 2010, to ballot for exclusion any members who is in arrears with their subscriptions in accordance with lodge bye-law 7 and rule 181 of the book of constitutions
7. To make a collection.
8. To consider any other Masonic Business that may offer.
9. To close the Lodge.
